Hmm, well on the main page on the right hand side there's a box that says "Download section coming back soon" or something along those lines. That's been there at least a year....Maybe you could actually bring that back?

That's a work in progress. Danny is currently working on that and trust me when I say it will be worth the wait. Before he finishes that up though he will be updating all of the other pages on LilWayneHQ/YoungMoneyHQ (which he has almost completed). It shouldn't be too long now, but there is still no release date for the Downloads page.

I got two suggestions. Its gonna be a lively discussion after but this is my suggestion:
To become a member of this site you got to do a test with questions about Lil' Wayne. Like how many albums has he done, Name 3 official mixtapes or somethin' like that. If you want throw in some alternative answers just to make it more easy. I've seen some people on this site who doesn't know shit about Wayne, man i even saw somebody who didn't know he was in jail (WTF!). Im not saying that i know everything about Wayne but come on! You gotta draw a line somewhere.

My other suggestion is that we have a similar (con)test on this forum, but with harder questions. And with a timelimit for every question so that people wont cheat (after all this is the Internet) and we have this contest like once a month and the winner will be given an award, dunno what exactly but we can figure something out later on

Sorry mate but that's extremely wrong. I knew fuck all about Wayne when I registered. The whole point of this site is Lil Wayne information and news. I had about like 10 songs of Wayne when I signed up, now I've got about 350. It's all about being a open community, learning, sharing and discussing the rapper Lil' Wayne. People should be praised for joining and becoming active/learning/becoming a good loyal fan!

People will want to learn and join us to listen to a great artist such as Wayne, why would we turn down people for not knowing enough about Lil Wayne? That's just stupid! More members = More traffic = More money for Danny = More publicity for Lil Wayne = Fans are happy.

I'm pretty sure he was joking about a "smartness system" because that would be impossible.

I agree with YME and Dino though, I hate ignorance with a passion and people who type like this: "I Just Bought A New Car It's Gonna Be So Sick Man" really just give off that ignorant vibe. I really think correct punctuation and spelling is important if you're really trying to make a point. For example, I always try my best to use proper English in every post that I make as well as make a strong point whether it is opinionated or a fact.

Actually I was on a forum that had one and it worked great, sadly I have no idea where I could find a plugin for you guys to overlook though. I'd just show you the forum, but the got rid of it

I think under each artist's thread have a stickied Wiki page of them. so people can learn alot of shit about them..

but
I think that more infractions and warnings need to be made.
Bring back the awards.. but please make a good decision on who host's them.
Because the last were pretty terrible imo.

There won't be a quiz to sign up lol. Like many have said people that join this site don't know every thing about Lil Wayne. If we added a little quiz it would be something on common knowledge or something easy to answer (not Lil Wayne) to prevent bots from signing up.

Idk what's going on with the forum awards, but they will be run by Chronic this time around. The last time there was a lot of trouble because Bliss pretty much took over, made the awards, and everything. I did all I could in terms of getting some good awards set up. Maybe we could just have less awards (like 3) monthly. Mods will pick the nominees. Idk though, it's all on what about Chronic wants to do.

I'll put it this way, if I had responsibility's I could always be on.
Meaning, if I was a MOD I would have more reason to log on.
Definitely more section MODs.
