What exactly is happening?

Pop the blank dvd in your drive
Start up ImgBurn
Select the "write image to disc" option
Select the source (the Windows 7 .iso)
Destination (The drive the blank dvd is in)
Click the "Write" image.

Start up ImgBurn
Select the "write image to disc" option
Select the source (the Windows 7 .iso)
Destination (The drive the blank dvd is in)
Click the "Write" image.

I put the Blank DVD in & nothing happens, My PC doesn't recognize it in "My Computer"

I think so..because when I put in the blank CD yesterday (the 700MB one) it was writing the files until the space ran out..
