Also, Tha Carter 2 had 19 songs (not counting the 3 skits)

The Blueprint had 13 songs

So there is more filler on Tha Carter 2, but that's only because there were 6 more songs

If anything, Wayne is UNDERRATED. Let me explain why. Wayne is a love/hate artist. There is no in-between. You have his fans who say he's the best, then you have his haters (and there are plenty, probably more than his fans) who say he is one of the worst. So the average opinion of Wayne from these 2 opposing point of views is that he's an average rapper. As we all know, Wayne is not an average rapper, not even close. So in that sense he's underrated
