Now the standards for the Carter IV is as follows this will ensure it being a classic....

    1. Atleast a 24-48 period for a single song ...not including beat creation
    2. Features must chosen because of their presence on record not affiliation to YoungMoney or Cashmoney
    3. No YM (Or Birdman) features except Cory Gunz, Drake and Nicki Minaj....and they can't be on more than two songs
    4. Every song has a subject, and verses tie into that subject.....
    5. Pussy Cars Clothes Hoes can't be the topic of more than three songs
    6. Intro must be better than any intro he has ever done before...
    7. No Pharrell beats because most likely he is gonna want to sing on the hook...(NO NO)
    8. Lil Wayne must be at his peak lyrically, try out different flows and make sure every rhymes is significant in its own right
    9. Autotune is not allowed on more than one record.
    10. Producers, Writers, and anyone associated with the creation of this product must be PAID....
I agree with you , but i dont want autotune AT ALL and no YM features AT ALL

I'm cool with some autotune, he's made good songs with it (Told Ya'll off the top of my head). The only YM/CM feature I want though is Drake, which I'm 95% sure will happen

Wayne wrote lyrics for 8 months in jail. Beats were made while he was in jail, all he had to do was pick the ones he wanted to use. Although Scoob is probably lying, it could very well be 93% done. All wayne does is record. Why is everyone worried he is gonna put out a bad album because he didn't take his time? Everything was already done beforehand, the only thing left was the actual process of recording. That is arguably the easiest part of it for Wayne. There is no time table for what constitutes a good song. This album will be just as good as Carter 3, and has a very good chance to surpass the other two Carters just because of the time that has gone into it (writing).

If it's only as good as C3, then there's no way it can surpass C2.

I expect C4 to be at least on the same level as the first 3 or I'll be disappointed. Obviously he needs to improve lyrically from IANAHB or it will be a huge disappointment
                  This..

don't believe scoob. Wayne gon' use more time on it I'm sure! Maybe not much, but def more than he have now.

We all know Scoob Doo is fake hyper, how many times does he hype about the Nino Brown series then nothing happens for like a year lol. Trust me, I think we'll be fine, it'll come when it's truely ready to come.

Lets say for a second Scoob isn't lying...

8 months, that's roughly 240 days. Say one song written a day that's 240 overall. Wayne has been free about a month, he will have recorded most of those days. Now a 3 minute song to make sure it's all okay could be recorded in 15 mins. That's 4 tracks an hour, if Wayne did 8 hours a day recording that's 32 songs recorded in a day. In a month of being free that would make 960 songs, if he only had 240 they could easily all be recorded and be in their final stages with mixing them down etc...

That doesn't mean they will be low on content, emotion etc...

Odds are though that Scoob is lying but I still would say he's probably recorded about 1/4 worth of the overall songs he'll do before he gives them all over for some to be picked for the final cut.
