Theres plenty of possibilities but here's how I see it.

1. It has to be someone that Wayne will actually benefit off for having on the album.
2. Someone NEAR his caliber both rapping or singing wise.
3. And if it's a singer someone who will produce a hit otherwise there would be no point.
