The Drought is over 7 is coming, which is released by Empire Mixtapes.
This is an unofficial release, stolen records etc..
Not supported by Weezy, and he does not make money from it, only Empire Mixtapes gets paid.

I think trying to capitalize on the name of Empire Mixtapes.
