We are looking for some more Mods on LilWayneHQ mainly because I will be going away soon for 3 weeks, Fredd is really busy, no.1_sender is in jail, and I think DeadCivilian is currently on holiday.

Moderators have a special rank and can basically move, lock and delete threads. They can also ban and warn users, and create stickys and announcements. We are looking for users who are active on the forum, good behavior, get along with everyone, post with good grammar and not many spelling mistakes, and help out with things on the website or on the forums etc.

I want to be a hq mod because i've been here from day 1 basically... seen a lot of people (vets) come and go...but ive always stuck around..i believe im on a higher intelligence than most people on this forum and i'm super dedicated to this site...

I was a mod on a school forum, it was much smaller but it consisted of all my friends...not much experience in this department but i'm sure I can get the hang of it relatively fast and like i said before i'm dedicated to this site and the site's expansion..

I am on everyday, i check this site and the forum religiously every 15 minutes practically while im on, more like every 10 minutes...I am usually on the internet for like 10-12 hours a day..i'm always on till like 3/4 in the morning (euro time) so I definitely can moderate during the time when most american users come on...i'm on the computer all the time basically and if i'm on the computer, i'm on the internet which means i'm on HQ constantly..

man i've just been on this site for a while and i feel like i'm dedicated enough to help towards the success of this forum and the site itself..

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: I go to this website every time I open my browser (ever five seconds ) and I think its a great community to be a part of. There are a lot of wayne fans, just like me, hah. It would be an honor to say that I am a moderator of the #1 Lil Wayne fan site around.

Experience: I have moderated a few forums before (part time) not one as big as this, but it still grants experience

How much time could you possible give: I can give a lot of time to this forum because I sit on here most of the day anyways

But on a serious note, I could give up any time after about 2:30PM(EST) till about 11-12ish PM on weekdays. On weekends, I'm on here on and off all day, always checking for updates and whats going on for the day.

Additional information: I haven't really been here that long, but I am a very trustworthy member. I can and have contributed things to the community and I don't believe that I have anyone that has a problem with me, so thats good. Plus I hate seeing forums all messy and such, so I would be pretty good house keeping for the forums. I really wanna see this site go far (such as the official fan site. we can all dream ). And on another note, I try to keep my grammar as perfect as possible.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ:
I really just want to help contribute to a better forum. Im tired of all these spammers and pointless threads. Along with 5 threads about the same thing being posted. Just want to help the forum be the best it could be .
Experience:
I really never had any "mod" experience. I also help a member off the forums (Sherman UK) run his music site. It didnt take me long to get the hang of it . And also, by looking at my post count, you'll see i know what im doing when i comes to the forums. I know where to post, how to post, etc.
How much time could you possible give:
As you all see, im on the computer really all day. Except days when im out and about doing things. So really, all day i could be on. ALONG with helping moderate at night time as well when all the other mods are sleeping. That would help the forums staying organized while the other mods are away. Plus i can help during the day as well .
Additional information:
Being a mod, i know ill have to stop with the drama (Which i have). Also, for the most part, im respected/liked on the site. I make many useful posts as well.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: It gets so annoying with new members that don't know where to put things or making repeat threads about stuff we already have and I just want the whole forum to stay clean with everything in the place it should be and any pointless smiley posts being deleted.

Experience: I've Mod'd on a few forums before in keeping them clean and in order before. Also I've started in the past few weeks trying to tell new members about if they have posted in the wrong place or something to help them learn quickly.

How much time could you possible give: I work on computers from 9am - 5.30pm GMT and after work I normally am by my comp or on my comp so I can check in for like 16 hours a day.

Additional information: I've not been here as long as others but I've tried my best to get along with everyone and be helpful and post useful things when I have posted. I go into every section of the forum anyway so it's nothing more for me to look through them. Plus my amount of time on computers means I can maintain up-keep of the forum for the most part of the day.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: Basically I want to be a mod to help the forums and just be a helpful as I can. I want to help the forums because I want to delete the mess that has been running through HQ. Also, I want to eliminate all the spamming and worthless threads going on on this site. It has got to stop if we're trying to run a #1 Lil Wayne Fan Site.

Experience: Same as others, I don't got much experience as mod. If you teach me I can be a quick learner and be a top mod for you. I always wanted to feel how was it to run a good site and I'm sure this will be a very good example of what I'm trying to achieve.

How much time could you possible give: Well I sit at home and just research alot on Lil Wayne. I've been on this site for quite a while as you can see. So, I'll be on this site 24/7. I'm also in the United States so I can be active all day as long as I got time in my hands.

Additional Information: I'm just a cool guy. I know I had problems in the past with Skim and more people but I'm over that and just trying to make this site a better community and a better way for Weezy heads to communicate. Anyways, it doesn't matter if you choose me or not but I just want you to know that I'm here incase you want me to be your next mod. If not, then I will still help the forums in any possible way.

I have been a active member on LWHQ since the site started back up before the crash and I am always looking for ways to improve the forum. Recently, things have gotten a little out of control to me and I think that things should be fixed. Regardless of who gets the spot, I just want LWHQ to be a place where I want to come onto. I want to make LWHQ a place where real Lil Wayne fans can come and have a discussion, not just completely obsess over Lil Wayne because he is simply Lil Wayne.
Experience:
I do not have much experience with running forums. However, I am very good with computers and have been active on other forums around the web. I can work with other people and I would like to show my experience here.
How much time could you possible give:
I can not promise that I can be on 24/7 because I do have a life. However, I can be on every day. If I had such responsibilty, I would do what needed to be done. I really stress on how MOD's are never on and I would like to change that.
Additional information:
I am really sick of the beef and drama around the forums. This should be a place where you come to discuss Lil Wayne just have discussions in general. I as of now have 0 problems with anyone on the site and I am working on not being so one sided. We all have flaws but can only work on them. I am a true fan of Lil Wayne HQ and I use it not only as a place to check Lil Wayne updates but a place to come and have fun. I think that has been lacking a little bit and I have a lot new ideas that I can bring to the site. Again, whoever gets the spot should be someone who is commited and dedicated. I think I'm fit for the job.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: I'm a great candidate for a MOD because i can help the site with it's negatives that includes all types of spam, be more active with members breaking certain rules and just bring this site to it's full potential like it was at first a hate-free, enjoyable, sociable fan site dedicated to the fans and listeners, also help the site with it's positive's. since I'm a daily active user i can be more active in dealing with the things that members complain about regularly to insure and help them be daily user's rather then going to the 10 post count to access certain items.

Experience: I'm a co-owner of a domain website dedicated to my brother in jail that is there to help raise money for a lawyer (55k) and to spread the light onto what really happen because he was convicted even though he is 100% innocent. i was also a owner of my own forum as well as a co-owner of one months ago. I'm majoring in computers and design.

How much time could you possible give: Alot, i wouldn't say 24/7 because i have a personal life as well as everyone else but im a daily user that has been here since day one. I'm dedicated & one of a few true wayne fans here 100%

Additional information: I get along with everyone most of time, im a very sociable person that give true feedback weather i agree or disagree with your opinion or input i try not to get into arguments but im a strong opinionated personality person so at times certain conversation gets a little to heated but we all leave out on a good note after words,

He started ish with me for no reason on my thread. So he's lying about the reason. He just wants to be the moderator to ban me from the website . Atleast thats what he said in his hateful PM.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ:

I would like to be a Moderator simply because everyone deserves to get informed,
and have a good time in the forums. But this is sometimes impossible with numerous beefs, spamming, multiple threads, posts just to get access to downloads, etc. I'm always around the different forums, and threads and when I see something that is going against the rules I quickly give my two cents in, so new members learn and moderators take action. I must admit I'm not always the nicest but that is only after seeing rules being broken several times. I just want the ambient in the LilWayneHQ forums to be great and if becoming a 'Mod' is what it takes, I will take the challenge.

Experience:

I haven't exactly had the 'experience' as a Mod for a website before, but like I said I am ready for a challenge and plus I'm in a technical school studying Computer Science & Web Design.

How much time could you possible give:

I would give all the time in my hands to the forums. I come to the forums every single day and for several hours, mostly after 4:00 - 4:30 pm (EST USA) because I go to school. But weekends and and holidays I would put a lot of work here in the forums.

Additional information:

I love the forums (no homo) that's why I want to make them better, I've been here for enough time to understand how the site runs and what needs to be done, and I contribute to the forums. I'm cool with a lot of people, and I shall have what it takes and learn anything if necessary. This is the best Lil Wayne Fan site out there so why not make it better by all means. There are other people running for 'Mods' and I'm sure some of them have what it takes, I just want this site to be better and this opportunity is the best way to do it. Whoever gets chosen most leave all beefs, and old attitudes in the past, but most important be mature enough.
