i want to see how the new layout would look etc..
but i think this would be a good idea, as long as it's not too complicated or a big change for the users

It could look identical or nearly identical to this one. It would just be quicker, sharper and wouldn't slow down loads when a lot of people are on here at once

the forum looks great . now if the inside needs improvement then i say ya go for it

The thing is it looks great now, but it looks basic compared to some vBulletin forums. vBulletin is an all around better forum.

As for it making the site faster, I thought that had to do with the website host Bliss.

Uh it depends. I don't know how much Danny knows. With something like vBulletin he'll have more ability to manipulate code, if he knows enough he'll be able to get it running faster. It's probably possible on phpBB but I don't know enough about both to say. But we should get a better host as well while we're on it.

I myself don't have a credit card so I wouldn't be able
to donate, until maybe next month..

Is there a definite way to transfer all of the members from this phpBB to a new vBulletin board?

Just a thought, but the thread maker should be able to edit the thread 100% exp: like editing, removing useless posts such as spam, etc..

I think the forum is good how it is.
It doesn't really lag to me.. I just think how when you post, it should go back to that thread.
Not that scren where it asks you to returth or view your post.
I think change can sometimes be bad
