If you take what Charalmagne said into context the answer is clear,
He picks his battles well.
He knows who to fuck with and who not.
Most importantly he chooses his affiliations better. Being from his area I can atest to the fact that dude run with some real gangsters and known killers. For instance that dude gangsta cash money used to always shout out was NOT to be fucked with.
