    My friends go through it all the time. Fucking shreds. I tried it, but I just can't keep up with it all.

                  I was walking to meet up with a friend and a big ol bald dude was staring at me with a knife and i took off, i was wearing some chucks NO SUPPORT AT ALL! I ran across the street and stepped wrong and limped home.

                        They would be a big help since Pull ups/chins are a compound movement. Which means they work more than one bodypart @ the same time. VERY helpful for adding mass.
