It is a lot of work. You have to be very dedicated.
    I plan on it
Lol can't be smoking on the P90X Plan. (Joke) But you have to be motivated/dedicated & plan ahead. Diet has to be strict. Also what are you goals? Add more muscle mass? Lose weight?
More muscle mass, thing is i started yesterday, chest and back, then the abb ripper. Later last night, I broke my ankle...
    Lmaoooooooooo How'd you manage that?
I was walking to meet up with a friend and a big ol bald dude was staring at me with a knife and i took off, i was wearing some chucks NO SUPPORT AT ALL! I ran across the street and stepped wrong and limped home. [/quote:19dj814l]

Damn! That's fucked up PM me if you have any questions about working out or W/e.[/quote:19dj814l]
Yeah I was pretty pissed gonna start again like wednesday. My pull up bar doesnt fit my door:/ Do I absouletly need the pull ups?[/quote:19dj814l]

They would be a big help since Pull ups/chins are a compound movement. Which means they work more than one bodypart @ the same time. VERY helpful for adding mass.[/quote:19dj814l]
    My frame is to thin:/
