I wish Fergie would buy some players. We lack a midfield outlet, a Scholes type figure to dictate the game. We have Carrick who is just rubbish and we have Fletcher who is a hard working type player but he doesn't have the skills. Anderson is nice but needs to develop more.

Don't expect a major signing on the midfield, like Kaka, Schweinsteiger or Bale thats been mentioned in the media. Fergie just extended Andersons contract in dec. until summer 2015. He is going to go with him. If Hargreaves leaves, and Scholes retires this summer we will see a purchase for midfield, but not for the starting XI.

You said we are 700 million pound in debt that's why we don't buy players. I said we have 150 million pound to spend. As for wasted money, you have to trust our manager. Everyone was saying Nani was a waste, look at how he's playing this year. Berba as well.

David Gill clearly got to verify fans they money (150 million) is there if Fergie needs it. Anything else would be stupid for him and Glazer board.
But we have not singed any major player beyond Berbatov, who haven't proven himself in my mind yet, but this could be the season.
We didn't sign Tevez, we got beaten by Madrid in Benzema negotiations and instead toke Michael Owen, who never plays because of injury
