Last link is in dutch but it says that the FA is not going to take any actions. It was messed up though.

A few weeks ago a dutch referee at an amateur game got physically abused by players while parents etc were watching, a few days later the man died. It's one of many incidents. So now, after the winterstop there will be changes in all dutch divisions, including the eredivisie: Only the team captain may approach a referee about a decision, otherwise yellow card. There can't be any yelling against a referee, otherwise yellow card. The coach may only talk to his team and not to a referee, otherwise he'll me sent away. Players must show respect to the referees. I think it's good that the rules are tightened, professional players are an example for all others. On the other hand, it has been happening for years and never did they do something about it.
