Thats Dexters 'father' (he was adopted). If you picked up from season 5 you're probably going to be lost (I suggest starting from 1), after awhile you'll figure out the characters and everything.

Eason 1 through 4 should be out on dvd. 4 might not be yet, I don't know. But you can definitely find all of the seasons on the net if you look.

I think it comes on at 10 on Showtime. It might be 11. I always end up downloading it the next day.
