if ya remove it, then ppl won't help others if they can't get rep. If someone won't a dl for somethin' then only a few will help. Just how I think it'll end..

You have to rep 10 people before you can rep that person again..For example if I rep artille now, I have to give out rep to 10 different people before I can give Artille reputation again, hence why it says spread it around...kthx!

Yeah but sometimes I will try to rep someone I have never repped before I it will still say I need to spread rep around before I can give him rep.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Agreed, this is what will happen without a incentive for members to actually help so which is why I think we should always have at least SOMETHING reputation/thanked/etc related to keep people helping.

I think we should remove the thanks. Idk what it really does. The rep bars also let everyone know who helps alot, who does somewhat, and who doesnt at all.

how about if someone asks for + Rep in a post the system automatically negative reps them?

it is annoying always seeing people asking for + rep....you will get rep if you deserve it no need to ask for it

^^Agree. If anyone ever asks me to rep them, that's really just guaranteeing that I WON'T rep them lol.

The only thing I would tweak is maybe less people you have to spread rep around to before you can rep someone again. I kinda liked being able to see the rep power too, but that doesn't really matter I guess
