No, ya not gon' loose all ya shit.. I just installed Windows 7 without usin' a disc, and without loosin' any of my stuff. (not that hard actually..)

No you won't, Since you have Windows Vista you just have to the option to 'Clean install' it won't mess with any of your files/music/documents.
