edit: I think I forgot to turn of the UAC... I can do that with win7 GodMode right?

No you won't, Since you have Windows Vista you just have to the option to 'Clean install' it won't mess with any of your files/music/documents.

Yeah. You have to get a blank DVD and mount the ISO file from the torrent on the DVD.

It's pretty straight forward.
