Anyways Stern might be a little trouble when Billy Hunter and the Union take him to court. Stern has hung hinself on this as he's already on record for saying he wanted the new CBA to negate the advantages of the LA Lakers. That bias will not only lose the case, it will hopefully cost him his job. All we know now is CP3 has gone to Billy Hunter and the union. Who knows what the Lakers brass will undertake. Public opinion on this is crucial, and may force the commisisoner's hand to back off and let the free agent period be truly free. Maybe the players can now strike, even though they signed the CBA?
Let's see what develops tomorrow.

David Stern "didn't want the players to choose where they get traded." If that's the case, then this trade shouldn't happen as this would be a clear conflict of interest.

Y'all realize this that dwights preferred destination is the Lakers, to join Kobe and CP3. By coming out and stating he wants to dictate where he's going, he is testing Stern's resolve, because if a player can't choose his destination, then Stern has to veto that trade.Stern has hung himself, as I have said above. Absolute power corrupts. Look for both CP3 and DH12 to be in purple and gold soon, or the commisionar to leave in disgrace. f he cares about his legacy, as all great layers do, he'll wake up and allow CP3 here.
I'mma keep going in if y'all still don't understand tho
