It's never going to happen like that.. It's really unlikely.
This is just a suggestion..

You need to register on some YouTube script websites like YouLikeHits - Free Twitter Followers, YouTube Views, YouTube Subscribers, Website Hits There are plenty other website, probably better. They can help you get views, comments and thumbs up. You can control how much of these you want. After you have couple of thousands, your video will be in first couple of pages on YouTube and on Google, people will automatically click on it.. You will gain more fans and more views.

Remember how Bieber and that Austin guy got discovered, they made vlogs and shit, of course you are not a teenager and you will probably not attract those crazy female teens, but you can gain loyal male fan base. Since you rap about serious subject, mostly, you will definitely earn respect fast. You only need views. Make some cool, funny videos, vlogs, I mean you are a interesting person, so people will definitely be interested in viewing your videos.. ffs you have 1.8 million views on a 1 minute long video..

Register on as many forums as you can and just promote your videos. Trust me, promotion is everything. Learn about SEO - Search Engine Optimization, it's complicated, but you don't need to know everything about it, just some basic stuff, it will help you A LOT!

If I can get 5000 clicks on stupid crack for a game, you can get at least 10000 on great song.

Just keep trying and eventually someone will discover you, heck you can even tweet rap artists or label presidents, I bet at some moment they will check out your song..

You can't wait and hope for something to happen, you need to make it happen!
