It's not overrated bro, it really deserves all the praise.. Every song is fucking brilliant.. Not a single dull moment on the album, And the production was GOAT. Features were A1 and every guest artist tried to bring out the best they can.. Lyrics were mindblowing too.. And the way kanye got so personal on some of the tracks ( runaway, blame game.. Etc ) was heart touching.

Gkmc is close but not quite there yet, and c4.. Well, it was very good.
