Anybody ever thought about how we got almost every song Wayne recorded? Imagine if artists like Eminem or Kanye would suffer from these leaks, they only drop "quality" music...almost no leaks...

but technically you wouldnt be dropping that much... you could still drop 15k down payment... then have the bank cover the rest (all cash). you would just have to work out what % interest the bank would want from you.
