Linux is just an OS, I don't see how it'd help your PS3 internet speed that's just down to your speed you're getting and signal strength

I'm getting it mostly for the looks. My signal is about 100% I just need to know if Sony still has Linux, because someone told me they took it off. Then I heard they put it back up from someone else. I don't know whats true.
