I doubt it's official. That picture was a promo pic like he's released for the other projects, but some fan made a cover out of it. Plus the xo crew never lets info like that get out.

YMCMB should think about rebuilding.....Drake is good with the weeknd...so they need to scoop him up...If Wayne talks to Tyler he can get Odd Future with the hope that Frank Ocean comes along.
