Doubt away. Why do you think Wiz Khalifa and all these all rappers get away with smoking weed in videos? They can't prove a few things:

1. that it is or isn't weed
2. that they aren't in Amsterdam or another place where smoking weed is legal
3. etc.


The same principle applies. They can't prove that what Wayne is smoking is weed, and they can't prove when the video was recorded.
