Pusha T, Lil Wayne Beef: What Does 'Exodus 23:1' Really Mean?!

The Pusha T, Lil Wayne beef is dragging on and as more and more rappers get involved it might be of interest to know where the name of the original diss track originated, right?
Apparently, Pusha used a bible verse as his title and though that verse isn't easily understandable it seems that it has to do with Young Money, Drake and Weezy in some way.
Here's what "Exodus 23:1" says in the King James version of the Bible :

"You shall not raise a false report: put not your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness."

And here's what is says in the New American Standard Bible :"You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness."Basically they are saying the same things just a bit differently.It seems like Pusha T is trying to get his point across biblically and what he is trying to say is that YMCMB is wicked and malicious.Does that even make sense? Do you think it's about Lil Wayne or Drake?How do you interpret the Exodus 23:1 verse?
