I don't think I grind my teeth but I'm also pretty sure my headaches are caused from looking at a monitor screen too much =/

I didn't think I grinded my teeth either, but you really don't know because it's like a subconscious action, and that's even more so when you're sleeping, you're just not going to know, I didn't think I did either lol. When they told me that I was all like "Uhhh what? I definitely don't grind my teeth?" And they basically told me that I definitely did because they could see it, then asked about my headaches, and sure enough that gave me a bite gaurd to wear at night and like I said, after I started wearing it they were virtually gone. I'm just saying, because you honestly don't know whether you do or not unless you get them looked at by a professional, to just go get a cheap bite gaurd to just wear at night and give it a shot. It can't do anything but potentially help you ya know? It did for me, way more then I thought lol. Just an idea to give it a shot because if it works, even if it doesn't, it's worth it. Especially because they aren't expensive at all. Just give it a shot ya know?
