          Overtime lack of sleep can effect you, but like if you dont sleep one night your not increasing your chance of cancer or some shit haha

            i only been getting like six hours sleep for the past month.

            i used to be getting 8 to 9 and I have noticed the different in the days.

            i just don't want to drop dead or collapse lol.

              I know what your talkin bout homie. Im always tired man i swear i go to bed at like 12:30-1:30 on weekdays n wake up at 6:30 and im just done with the day when i wake up haha

                  Oh no it is, a major one tbh. Sleep is well needed, like it increases your chance of like strokes n shit. I remember learning about this in a class last year lol. But ya sleep deprivation kills people n shit haha

                    But its not really that good for your health ..

                    7-8 is the most optimal and can help you get a better day

                    Bodybuilders fx need 7-8 so their body can get fully recovered after a workout
                    in order for their muscles to get the biggest "gains"


                    Some studies also links it to depression

                    The body/mind gets easier annoyed when it hasnt slept enough


                    This is just off the top of my head, I think there is more to the subject
                    but you can look that up yourself lol

                          You need like 10 when you're a child and like 8-9 when you're a teenager or something i think

                          Same with me lol. I Usually from 6 to 7 hours(even on weekends lol) and i need at least 2 hours more not to feel tired and i feel more tired than normally everyday.
