But tbh, even when I have to wake up early, I always go to sleep at 4-5am, then wake up at 7/8/9am depending on when I have to wake up, then when I do what I got to do, I go to afternoon nap, few hours and then all in circle, but I feel like shit all day..
Right now, I go to sleep at 5am mostly, and wake up at 2pm mostly..
