But that's also the reason a lot of Americans know fuck all about the rest of the world, and how the biggest news channels can confuse Austria and Australia. America is the whole world to a lot of you, understandably. Not to sound insulting, I'm a US citizen too lol

No, I agree. Sometimes I'm shocked by how much people don't know or simply don't care about the rest of the world. And the attitude they have about it. Like the US is the only place that matters.

I use to work near a tourist attraction and a lot of the locals would complain about foreign tourists that didn't speak English. As if they expected everyone to. Some of them were pretty rude about it too. Although some of the visitors were too. Pretty sure I got cussed out by a German once. I just smiled and told him to have a good day.
