YOU just made my point, smart one. He made it seem like being #27 already was something big. When most big singles, EVEN WAYNE'S LAST ONE, went #1 in a matter of a few hours. This single been out for almost 9 hours.

You also have to take into consideration Kanye's Runaway before being released on Itunes was performed in front of millions on T.V (VMA's & BET awards shows) Wayne just release his record on a radio station 2 days ago. It doesn't matter how long it takes to be #1 but how long it will stay at #1.

So, after going through Tunes old discography, I feel confident in saying Lil Weezy Ana is an official mixtape. It was done by Raj Smoove. He also co-produced a couple tracks on Tha Carter.
