I have two cars. A 97 'Chevy c1500 with the 5.7L V8 engine and automatic vortec cross. And a 77 'Oldsmobile V8 engine and automatic dagger and switch.I already have a lot of manual transmission vehicles, like to drive, but I was disabled and one can easily automated driving.

1997 Honda Accord Special Edition - Car runs very well. Before my recent job transfer, I drove this car 150 miles per day on I-95, five days a week and it never left me stranded. I am selling the car because I no longer have a long commute to work and I'm ready to upgrade to a newer Honda. The car needs a paint job and the A/C needs repair. The mileage is 195,000. I recently replaced the hub bearings and the car has four tires that were purchased new less than 3 months ago. Includes CD Player. that aint bad, you gotta watch out with the a/c tho... thats big money depending on how "broke" it is. maybe get a mechanic to take a look at it before you purchase it.

but honda's are strong cars, most of them (if taken care of) will last 250,000+ miles. that would be my advice.

True. Yeah talked to the guy, he just said it'll stay cold for about a day, then thats it. But i still gotta talk to my grandma about HER car, the Hyundai Elantra.

i know the person who bought my old Elantra, same year as yours... is still driving it, and as long as you take care of it, it'll run just as long as a honda.

and i'm assuming she hasn't "beaten" it up or anything... you should be great dude. that car ran so smooth, so smooth in fact, that i'm thinkin about gettin that new Sonata Turbo. that whip is nasty.
