Auburn won and that is who i picked. let me know your opinion about the game if u get a chance. if you dont know about BCS Championship, its college football and one of the best games of the year. (superbowl for college basically)

Auburn's gonna have their "championship" vacated in a couple years anyway so it's pretty much irrelevant Not to mention they aren't even the true champions since there was no playoff... The NCAA Division I national champions are Eastern Washington.

I wanted a playoff so there's actually a true champion. TCU finished the season undefeated, how do we know they aren't the best team? (Yes I know they probably aren't, but we would know for sure if we had a playoff)

The BCS is where it is because all the D1 schools go to it and the #1 vs #2 teams go at it. Auburn deserved it but oregon didnt play there best.
there are 12 different sections of D1 schools its all about the rankings of the year before and to see if you can keep that rank.

The #1 and #2 teams would go at it in a playoff too in the championship game if they were really the 2 best teams. The FBS is the only division of college football that doesn't have a true national champion determined by a playoff A conservative estimate at how much revenue would be generated by a playoff system is $750M, up over $1B within 5 years of the start of the playoffs. The BCS doesn't generate nearly that much. Switching to a playoff system would be good for all parties involved
