I've been recievin disturbing rePlys on why god wouldnt exist but I believe it's because how you were raised or something you witnessed I deeply believe in god so I'm sort of concerned and yes I had permission to commence this thread

I think there is a god, but i think all that speaking in the tounges or whatever you wanna call it is jus a brain affect. forreal i know people who are like i felt the presents of jesus over me and stuff you know.

I personally believe in some higher power. Its based soley on the fact that I've had certain near death experiences, and felt something different than normal. However, there's nothing I hate more than anything like mormons, or other religions that try to push their religion on you. I believe what I want to, you do the same. That's why its called Faith. Fuck, I respect what anyone believes.

And for people that don't believe in God, wouldn't rather live your life knowing there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than to live life believing there is no God only to find out there was.....

not forcing this on anyone, and it pisses me the fuck off when others force religion on me.

I don't believe in god because he has literally done FUCK ALL for me and my family. Both my mom and dad believe in god, dad is christian, mom is sikh. I was raised Sikh, but told to respect all religions as real. I gave up on it about 2-3 years ago when I realized the only person that can do shit for me is ME; not some mystical guy in the clouds. Also, what scientific proof is there that there IS a god?
