They said they are making it on a new engine specifically for Next gen and PC. So no. You will get a version as there is no way they won't sell to old gen as they just want the money, but it's most likely you will get a version of the game running on the same engine that it's always run on which will mean you will miss out on certain features etc that next gen people will get. -
