Did you even look at them? Any guns that were in MW2 that have been shown for MW3 are just reskins of the MW2 versions.

it's still in Alpha though so they'll probably re-design them so you can expect the quality to get better, and for them to be more detailed. Most of the guns are missing their charging handles :p
