              same man this last month ive noticed i'm able to see them more and more now, and for HIIT training and stuff dont keep it to one think (e.g. running every time you do it), try switching it up (e.g. swimming one time, skipping the next), just to keep things interesting

                Word. I cant swim or skip so i just run lol and when i want to switch up pace ill do eliptical

                  oops my bad aha, than ya just do eliptical of even go to a track if theres one near you and just run stairs aha same thing but i just prefer an open environment over standing in one spot, just me though

                    Definitely understand that ha i sometimes think its prolly better to run outside. Theres a park in my beighborhood nd ppl run there alot but usually after i run i use some gym equipment so id rather just be at the gym

                        Whats the quickest way to shred fat off abs. I would say im in shape but i have like a layer right over my stomach thats hard to get rid of. When I do abs I usually do planks, leg raises, twist crunchs, etc along with cardio. But I havent really been seeing that many changes. TBH I think the main thing I gotta change is my diet, I be cheating sometimes and that fucks me up

                          ^change ur diet. Eat more salads, etc and dont wait till ur really hingry to eat. Dont eat past 8pm etc.

                          And lots of cardio along with workout. I just had a killa workout today
