same man this last month ive noticed i'm able to see them more and more now, and for HIIT training and stuff dont keep it to one think (e.g. running every time you do it), try switching it up (e.g. swimming one time, skipping the next), just to keep things interesting

Whats the quickest way to shred fat off abs. I would say im in shape but i have like a layer right over my stomach thats hard to get rid of. When I do abs I usually do planks, leg raises, twist crunchs, etc along with cardio. But I havent really been seeing that many changes. TBH I think the main thing I gotta change is my diet, I be cheating sometimes and that fucks me up
