          Steriods aren't for pussies, they're for people who don't want to wait the amount of time it takes to bulk up, like me.

          Now, i'm gonna register with Planet Fitness (deal going on, 99 a year) And they're open 24/7 and, try to set up a bulletin board thing there, so someone can properly train me.

            cg1992, your an absolute retard hahaha, thats NOT what steroids do, they have barely anything to do with recovery processes. Steroids open up the vascular veins and muscles in general and let you use allll your potential. Your doing soooo much more AND for longer with steroids it is LIKE 2 workouts in one day, but going to the gym twice one day is silly. 6 days a week is fine and so is 7 if one day is set for cardio alone. You have to workout basically exactly the same as you goin extreme like you not on steroids, just the results are a similar (A LOT BIGGER) to using test boosters.

                  I can see why some people find them tempting tbh, quick gains but they're not for me.

                  I just eat well and train hard. Gain around 18lbs so far

                          This weekend I kinda ate alot and feel like shit. Havent been to the gym in about 2 days but I feel like I havewnt been there forever. Should I just do cardio or do some cardio and some weight training. Whats the best exercises to burn fat espically around the core area
