  • Bout to start on a program,

    dude told me i have to eat every 4 hours, and eat 5 eggs a day and shit mayne, getting big is expensive

    • I gained 0.6lb. I'm assuming that it's muscle cause I been eating really healthy and I also upped my weights. I'm starting so see/feel the difference already.

      • Did this Youtube this morning. Man, the sweat was pouring out of me. I'm going to go through that channel's videos and do a different one each day, see how much weight I can lose in 3 weeks.

            I lost it again anyway, it was ages ago, I just thought I'd revive this thread. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning to avoid any water weight inaccuracies.

                im 5'11 last i check idk bout weight, i just know i put on a muscle over the past 2 weeks, started some program called shortcut to size.
                it works, i increased my bench press by about 10-15 pounds in liek a week in a half
