      Well first of all I don't take any supplements, even though I might buy some protein soon. But usually for breakfast I'll have some egg whites with whole grain bread and some fruit or a bowl of Kashi cereal with fat free milk, and the rest of my meals will consist of maybe some grilled chicken, turkey burgers, peanut butter, steak, etc. Then Ill snack on some fruit, nuts, or I like the Belvida whole grain crackers. And all I drink is water and green tea or chocolate milk

        if you stick with this you definitely dont need to buy any protein powder, your doing fine with this man.....if you want to buy it, mix it with oatmeal it tastes amazing, only thing is you cant have the oatmeal hot itll have to be just warm, if its hot the protein becomes useless because it unchains the BCAA's in the protein

          Yeah, this shit sounds good dawg. As for the protein you could still buy it and drink that when you're in a rush and can't get a complete meal.

                    why you bulking now?? not hating just find it odd, most people would be in their cutting phases for the summer, thats what im doing now
                    Because I just got done with my cut and the gains you make on a clean bulk are so slow that by the end of the summer I probably would have only gained about 4-5 pounds anyway (pretty much all muscle & no fat gains).. I do agree it's a weird schedule but that's just how it worked out..

                    I just started getting dedicated to work out around February.. And instead of doing Dirty Bulk/Cut cycles I decided to cut 1st then Clean Bulk.

                        ya true say didnt really see clean bulk my mind just read bulk aha that is better tho for the summer, and ya its odd now but hey as long as you know what your doing there isnt a problem

                          I prefer leggings/jogging pants when i work out, my yoga pants are to small
                          And i don't like running, i just do some yoga and i do some exercises for my muscles. And i also dance a few times in a week..
