            You should split your workout

            like
            day 1 chest and tri's
            day 2 back and bi's
            day 3 legs and lower back (squats and deadlifts)
            day 4 shoulder sand traps
            day 5 cardio
            day 6 n 7 rest
            Thats how i do it, just and example. Make sure u get enough proteins and rest

                        • have someone in here tryed intermittening fasting? so far ive lost 41 pounds in about half year and now in last 2 to 4 weeks everything has stopped in the wall. im thinking im gonna go with that same thing what hodgetwins are doing right now, carb backloading its just different variation of IF.
