Ok so ima start dieting again tomorrow, ive been on high calories for a few days now and now ima drop them to 1600-1800 (pretends what they feed me at school) ima go low carb and some days add some intermittent fasting to this. 5 times per week at gym and walks when feel so. Ima update on my weight month from now (currently 76-80kgs, i started in last january at 104.4kgs) tryin to hit bout under 10kgs from current. Wish me a luck.
