    Been working hard everyday in the gym here in Afghanistan. I've always been skinny so getting cut hasn't been too hard. I want to get bigger and thats the problem lol. Here are pics i took for my girl, no homo.

          I though about a weight gainer, but I've already gained 7 to 10 lbs. And with a gainer I fear that I will take it wrong and get fatter. Im gonna build mass for 2 months then shed the extra weight on month 3 to make my muscle look more lean. Im gonna try and find a medium between skinny and massive.

            Arh yeah, last time i was using a weight gainer i built up loads of fat on my stomach but i also got bigger, so i switched up to a Whey Protein lost the fat and gained muscle mass . Update the pic next month let us see the results

              I only use 3 supplements. PreWO=Jack3d - PostWO=100% whey - And I take opti-men vitamins with every meal.

                Been hitting the gym hard the last couple months.
                Taking protein and shit more serious..
                Super Mass Gainers in the morning and night, plus Whey protein in between.
                About to get some synthetic teste boosters and start the cycle..

                Currently I'm 140lbs and can rep 135 on bench 2 or 3 times

                  Good thread.

                  I had a pinched nerve injury earlier this year. But before that I was on my way to doing chest press with 80Ibs dumbells, probably could go higher. Now I'm far into recovery and starting to build back muscle. My right arm where the nerve was pinched lost some muscles mass but we gettin back there

                  I got a naturally skinny build so its not hard at all to get cuts lol I weigh 167Ibs and I'm 6'1.

                    Is running up and down the stairs a good exercise? Me and my mom go running around this park twice a week, but I wanna have some exercise to do when I'm at home too.

                      I actually have a membership at Snap - Fitness Center. So I work out about 4-5 times a week there. I have to since I'm paying for it.
