I have no clue mate, but as far as I know the VMAs aren't on English TV, well not tonight anyway. I'm looking for somewhere to watch a live stream!

No VMAs start at 9:00pm Eastern Time so thats 2:00am UK time. +5hours. But when Wayne is performing I don't know so I might just wait to watch a record of it the next day, gotta be up early tomorrow.
