I don't know if you're going to read this but...
It seems like you're downloading the file and/or not using Firefox. It's a plugin, you should follow the link, then click continue to download >> accept and install >> restart Firefox.

Don't think it is working anymore however I have just installed zenmate on chrome and it works fine Searched for Proxmate as nyberg had said.
