No it is not ok to say 'nigga' if your white i think alot of people on here that are white say it because, they cant be touched, so yeah... i dont say it not on my tracks and all that i even stay low on swearing, it shows that your not very smart or a respectable person you know. so yeah NO! whites shouldnt say it.

and when black ppl were linched by white ppl, and tha last thing tha black ppl heard was "NIGGA" shouted by tha white ppl

i mean if u black u can say it b/c u ancestors have suffered and u take all tha power out of tha word

but if u white than u cant
especially if u like from well respected, rich, white parents

The word shouldn't be used by anyone.
Black people who use it are basically cussing themselfs and calling each other what white peopole used to call them when they were slaves so i really don't know why they use it much and as greetings, ignorance..?

White people shouldn't use it because its seem as racist. Which is correct, but how can black people say that if they say it all the time? Influcences people around them to use it.

Also the word "Nigga" has become so widely used its now just used for a general sayings for example, thats a "mexican nigga"
"Nigger" is more, of a racial term. So its strange on how the word is so widely use. No one should use it though, its pointless. But thats what i think, and im white btw.
