Please help this is serious i dont know what to do! (drug related)

ok, me and my girl have been dating steady for a year...pretty good relationship, shes beautiful, shes independent, strong willed, smart and just alll around im in love with her.....well she used to do pills every now and then and i had no problem with that as i was doing the same thing n smokin chron too....welll recently i found out shes been doing pills waaaayyy more than i knew behind my back and actually even shot up heroin...she claims she only did it once but you know how that is...shes scared ill leave her if i find out she been doin it a while...then u got the whole situation with "did this bitch use clean needles" and everything....shes totally worth it but idk at this point....what would ya'll do? she thinks she dont need help...wont see a dr...wont go on suboxone or methadone, she withdrawals and thinks its just the flu but i know better....i wanna cry guys....n im a grown ass man....help!!!

She needs to tell you the truth. Trust is the basics to a good relationship and if she cares a lot about you and vice versa then she'd tell you everything and know you'd stay with her to help her through something like this. Reassure her you won't leave (presuming you wouldn't if she had done anymore than previously said) and that you wanna support and help her get through it and stop her from doing any harm to herself/making the problem worse.

I'd say Deuces too but they've been together for a whole year, you've got to think to yourself if you stayed that long you clearly care alot and things are going well for both of you so it's down to you if you want to throw away all of that over something that could be potentially be resolved quickly. What if she had used clean needles all the time (presuming she only did it once aswell) what if she's willing to stop for him and herself if they just speak about it? Then things will be straight back on track and it'll all be behind them.

I'd say Deuces too but they've been together for a whole year, you've got to think to yourself if you stayed that long you clearly care alot and things are going well for both of you so it's down to you if you want to throw away all of that over something that could be potentially be resolved quickly. What if she had used clean needles all the time (presuming she only did it once aswell) what if she's willing to stop for him and herself if they just speak about it? Then things will be straight back on track and it'll all be behind them.

Don't get me wrong it's a massive no for me too. But there's more to be told here, the full story of what she's done and what with etc hasn't been voiced so you can't presume the worst of the situation, more hope for the best and plan for the worst. Granted it looks bad, but lifes full of hurdles and you can't say dueces to everything challenge you face, you gotta face them and at least see what happens. He clearly cares about her a lot and I think the best thing is to at least get the bottom of it all before a education decision is made on his behalf on wheather he wants to continue or not.

Yeah he just needs to talk to her face to face. Found out the whole truth before you even make an decision that you might regret. And if she goes back to her old ways again she may need serious help.
