I agree with everything wisheezy said. If i were you i'd stay with her as long as she agrees to see a doctor to check out if she has contracted anything. But if she's not willing to do that for you after all the time you've been dating then i think it'd be best to let her go.

Here's some advice comin from a nigga who dumped his girl after datin for almost 2 years because she started gettin heavy on the drugs (Im only 16 tho so i aint no einstein lol)...
You say you've been dating for a year or something, so you probably in love with her and care alot about her... think of the future, do you see the two of you being married one day? Imagine, if you have kids, and she drinks or does drugs while she's pregnant and you end up with a kid that's disabled, that would really fckin suck man
Honesty/Trust is the MOST important thing in a relationship, when my girl got into acid/heroin and shit i tried for months to get her to stop.. but sooner or later she'd always end up doing it again, so i just gave up on her and left
I know you love her and want to help her with this, but if you keep trying and it gets to the point where she just seems hopeless then you gotta let her go homie, don't lose all of your hapiness and waste all your time trying to help a girl that doesn't want the help
I know it'll hurt a shitload and its hard as fck do break up with somone that you been with for a long time, but sometimes you gotta think about yourself, and the emotional rollercoaster she's putting you through due to her dis-honesty and doing drugs
and if you havin sex with her your at a high risk of catching something if the needles werent sterelized or somethin, so don't risk your health or time on somone who doesnt seem to care
Well that's my 2 cents man... remember you usually cant change somone unless they want to change themself

But don't make your decision based on what we're saying, do what your heart and brain tell you is right
