Before I decided to make a change, I ate like once or twice a day, I literally ate pizza everyday
Now I eat every 3'rd hour and 6 times a day, I make sure that every meal has a shit load of protein.
I was skinny fat, I had no muscle tone at all and my body fat percentage was around 20-25%.
My weight hasn't changed much, somehow I am lighter than I was 6 months ago
I was around 62 kg, now I am like 57 kg. (I am pretty short, don't judge me.)
That's probably because I've been losing weight and adding muscle at the same time, but I don't know, I haven't put to much thought into it.
If you want to get big I suggest you force yourself to go to the gym for a week
After that you don't wanna stop going, atleast thats what happened to me.

I'm just skinny, I have around your weight, but I'm 175cm maybe even little taller, so I am skinny, problem with me is that fast metabolism, so I gain weight very hard but at the same time I gain muscle very hard as well..
Imma try with home workout first, for couple of weeks, then if I encourage myself I will go to gym as well..
I already started chest workouts, and I can see slight change, but no big deal..
