You don't piss on a dead body and even video tape it. It's wrong, this has nothing to do with them being the enemy. That's like when you k.o. someone you are done fighting, you don't do anything to the opponent lying on the floor anymore.
Plus you accuse others, that they weren't there, but you weren't there either, so this is no argument to back up your questionable opinion.

when you're at war you dont know who is an enemy, anyone can look innocent and may possibly be carrying a weapon, you cant take any chances, suspicious activity = you getting shot
