He can prevent evil, he does. But if your talking about removing evil all together, then he can but he wont, if there was no evil, like I said, we would be forced to only do good, because there wouldnt be a second choice, but God loves us that much that we can still sin, and he will still accept us.

So we humans decide between good and bad...you choose your own way(its like a test). But god always tries to guide you through good, that's why sometimes when you do something wrong and say something hurtful to some innocents human you start to feel bad that you did something like that and regret it..

We can't live in a perfect world in here..not until you show you are good and deserve to go to heaven..heaven is the perfect world. But if you don't believe in god then you will surely end up in hell..

It's funny, because God told us to study science and build earth to become a better place for human race. Even though a lot of people are building stuff to destroy earth like bombs and explosives..
